Vehicle Pick-up & Delivery Policy

At FX Detailing, we do not ship physical products. Our services are performed exclusively at our facility.

• Drop-off: Clients are responsible for transporting their vehicle to our location at the scheduled appointment time, unless otherwise agreed.

• Authorized Pick-up: For your vehicle's security, we will only release the keys to the owner or a pre-authorized individual. 

• Completion Notification: You will be notified via [Text/Email/Phone] once your service is complete. Vehicles must be collected within 24 hours of notification to avoid storage fees.
